RETURNS
If you need to return goods, please go to Orders and Returns at the bottom of the Home Page and complete the online returns form.
Make sure to provide us the order reference number when contacting us.
Our team will provide you the authorisation code which you must provide with your return once we received your fully completed form.
The returning goods (except when goods are faulty or damaged), the customer will carry thecost of restocking the goods and transport fee it will be calculated on a job by job basis.
In the unlikely event that any goods are damaged on arrival or if there are any delivery issues please notify us immediately via email to …………………………………… with full details and photos and also please note that if you did not notify us immediately we may not be able to resolve this matter or we may not be able to replace the item with suppliers or transport company.
To return products, please:

you the address.
Pack the items safely in protective bubble wrap, or suitable packaging to protect them. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged when you are returning from any amount refunded to you.
Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or damaged.
The item that must be ordered from a manufacturer cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered in and delivered to us unless faulty or damaged.
The item that is delivered direct from a manufacturer cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
The item incorrectly ordered by a customer and delivered to site, the customer will cover the full cost of its delivery and return.
The item, that has been ordered from a manufacturer is refused on delivery, the customer will cover the full cost of this material unless damaged or faulty.
For the security purpose we highly recommend, the items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Make sure to contact us by email before returning the item. A full refund may be provided where incorrect, broken, or damaged goods have been provided from our end.
According to the return policy you have fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Return the merchandise to us in original unopened, and unused condition and also written cancellation notice.
Any orders cancelled outside of the first 2 hours of being placed may be subject to a cancellation fee of £30 plus vat. All orders are processed within this time frame once placed online or over the phone and this is a non-refundable fee due to procedures in place to process your order in a speedy manor.
Refunds are processed in batches, depending on date and time of order cancellation or amendment so allow us seven working days for your refund to be pproved and processed correctly in addition to that another seven working days needs to be allowed for the refund to appear back on your statement.
